This PR updates the copyright range for 2025.

./dpctl/apis/include/dpctl_capi.h:// Copyright 2020-2024 Intel Corporation
./dpctl/apis/include/dpctl_sycl_interface.h:// Copyright 2020-2024 Intel Corporation
